and you don't exactly know why he took the IV? you confess that it may not have been for hyponatremia? you don't even know there are different types of hyponatremia, that need to be treated differently and yet you give this as an excuse as to why fluid would need an IV.. great stuff sherlock.

the only reasons why people use that IV of that amount is for rehydration purposes or to mask prohibited substances, and fluid did not look dehydrated

oh sure fluid had a urine test, instead of a blood test, but I also pointed out the method of using IV (with saline and vitamin C which was what fluid was stated to have) can also be used to hide dilution of the urine.. diluted urine being also an indicator of ped use.

and you also ignore the fact that usada giving fluid a urine test instead of blood test, may have been a way for usada to help fluid in case he wouldn't be able pass the blood test.

Using yours (or occam's razor's) statement, the least assumptions is that he was clean because he passed 19 drug tests and the tue was approved of by the independent TUEC and by WADA. The tests were cleared by an independent lab.

Your look test is not enough to say whether a professional athlete is dehydrated enough for an IV. Get out of here with that. He took 750ml of saline. People take more than that for a damn hangover.

drug testing should be independent of drug use history.. this isn't an investigative issue but a standard appreciation of the analysis that comes with the scientific method.

severe as in unable to move well enough to rehydrate himself orally and therefore had no other option but to rehydrate via IV though the amount is only 750ml?
