But if what you say was true, why would Manny be so damn thirsty for a rematch? Why would he sit there after the fight claiming he thought he won?

I honestly feel that Manny didn't show up BECAUSE he was afraid of getting knocked out. But what bothers me is why he felt that way against Floyd. It's not like Floyd has Marquez power and again, he took shots from Margacheato and Clottey who are both stronger than Floyd. It doesn't make sense.
Same reason he's still fighting: Money.

You can say what you want about Mayweather but nobody's figured him out. He is great at his craft. The Pac fight was boring. It was "easy work" for him as he said. Maidana had a better chance at beating Floyd until Floyd figured him out. Can't argue with a perfect record. Period.

Ok but, had Manny properly went to work and lost a VERY CLOSE SD like what happened with Maidana, Floyd would 100% have gone for a rematch simply because he'd have been guaranteed an even bigger payday at that point. So the smart business move would have been to put your all into the first fight because, even if you lose, it's close enough to entice TBE to rematch you to disprove you exposed him.

I don't know man. It just doesn't make sense to me. None of it makes sense. I halfway think Manny threw the fight. He fought Floyd almost the same way Judah fought Paulie - and I'm 100% convinced Judah threw that fight.

Unfortunately, him not "putting his all" is his own fault and if he did that, then he doesn't deserve a rematch. He knows why he didn't though, if that's the case.

Bernardo Osuna has always been biased for Mexican fighters and he's never really liked AA fighters, that's just my take.

In this particular instance he should have given Floyd his props IMO.

As for punching power, Mayweather can punch. Pacquiao was one fight removed from completely disregarding Algieri's power, all to the point of jumping in recklessly. He knew exactly what he felt in that first round against Mayweather.
Later on in the fight Floyd, start of round 11, he goes completely at Manny, and Pac backed on up from those punches and his face let me know how thorough of a puncher he is.

None of it makes sense because you are not facing it in a boxing ring , do you really think all these fighters are are not wanting to attack Floyd they all just unlucky , he forces them to change and makes them think , during the mental chess match he is pre-empting what they do next , he makes subtle changes of distance and angles where the opponent dont know what to do , Manny was totally controlled in that fight thats why he didnt do anything , just like all the others that were supposed to KO him , they couldnt because he didnt allow them .

One of the big problems with young fans and Floyd is they dont understand what it is he is doing , he beat all that faced him and its a very impressive list of name tags with 49 excuses , give the man his dues he is the best of this era .

Go to 7.02 it explains what Im trying to convey .

It's gotten to the point where Pacquiao would have to say it in order for people to believe it and it's a sad state when it turns into that. This will be better talked about many years down the line.
