Not a shred of proof he cheated against Cotto. However.....I firmly believe he did. Why would he go in against Cotto as almost even without cheating, but cheat (attempted) against Mosely who if I'm not mistaken he was favors against? I always liked Margs, but his "I didn't know nothing" excuse never sat well with me. As a fighter at any level, you know if you're doing something illegal.
