I have to ask why some of you mfers hate him. Dude has fought everyone, is it because he lost some? Cotto has been one of my favorites since he came on the scene. He had a hell of a fight with some of you guys god Mayweather, went on to win the ***in lineal MW championship of the world. I wont dispute any fight he has lost because he lost them but he never got his ass kicked aside from Paq. he is one of the great fighters of this era, Im astounded he doesnt get the credit.

I guess someone is going to bring up the first Margarito fight and if you do god help you. If you think Marg didnt have his wraps stacked that fight you need to never ***in post here again.

Don't "hate" him but I do think he's overrated.

He's hugely marketable to Ricans and generates $$$ so he's been done a fair few favours and managed incredibly well.

I think it's given his career a gloss that if you scratch beneath the surface you start seeing a lot of question marks.

Overall he was a very good fighter not a great one imo

Because every time he loses he pouts, sulks away to the back without giving his opponent props, talks trash, insists he was actually won and was robbed, demands a rematch, beats up a few no-names, picks up a paper title, says he's the best he's ever been, loses, and repeats the process all over again.

I think he kinda has oscar syndrome, by that I mean he fights everyone and loses to most of em while givin em to some degree a good fight. Plus he's kinda a weird dude in how he acts sometimes and is good looking so he's easy to hate.

Hate em cause he a cry baby bitch who cant take a lost who runs out the ring in a hissy fit and refuses to do interviews when he loses. Cause he **** some poor girl, cause he beats up his family members.

and Margarito whopped his ass the first figth and if you claim its only cause of the nonexistent "plaster" than god help you cause you know absolutely nothing about boxing or how styles makes fight.
