I'm very surprised you posted that.

You're actually giving them credit and respect.

Or we can take Darnell Boones word for it

You shouldn't be surprised. I've always acknowledged a fighters skills and this isn't the first time. I follow boxing and not just one fighter that I like. You can look at some of my old post if you don't believe me.

Just because I argue with some of Golovkin's annoying and ****** fans doesn't change that.

Both great and skilled offensive pressure fighters, Kovalev improved alot in the last years.

I still give the edge to GGG, more defensive skills, a better punch variety, speed changes, better at cutting off the ring and more one punch power.

a nagging question, why is team g string so reluctant to put these great skills on display vs credible opposition? Kovalev has.

Golovkin is a full notch above Kovalev.

Note: by quicker I mean "thinks Faster" (golovkin seems to be able to read his opponent very well and act on his prediction whereas Kov seems to react a bit faster mentally)
I don't actually. I see them as completely two different fighters. I respect Golovkin's skillset a lot more.

Offensively, Golovkin knows how to apply real pressure, cut the ring off, also he mixes his punches up a lot more, whereas Kova is more textbook.

Defensively, Golovkin slips, catches and counters, Kovalev's defence is a lot more basic.
