The guy runs a laboratory that follows WADA guidelines. It's like building equipment that follows ISO standards. Doesn't mean that you are an ISO member.

His opinion is that Povetkin cheated. But he's not in the WADA directory, he's not a member of WADA, he can't take any decision, Povetkin was cleared. EOS.
