    This is also correct, but IMO WADA opinion has some weight since VADA is a follower of WADA guidelines.

    However like I said before it's proven that some/most drugs can be stored in fat and then be released into the blood system months after consumption.

              VADA and WADA are totally different organizations, right? So having the WADA "clear" Povetkin doesn't mean anything when he failed a VADA test, right? Or are VADA and WADA the same thing?

                    WADA makes guidelines. VADA follows those guidelines.

                      When this all started, I thought that the VADA guidelines for a "failed test" were more strict than WADA.
