Whici fighters could beat Ward at 168lbs?

Which fighters do you think could beat Ward at 168lbs?

I think Calzaghe, due to his fast volume punching being the key to solving Ward's defense. Ward is generally a better boxer, but I simply think Calzaghe got the stylistical advantage here.

I'm also sure that RJJ would beat Ward, as well as any other 168lbs fighter in history. RJJ is simply the best.

But other than that, I'm not really sure. It's early in the morning. Which other 168lbs fighters would be able to beat Ward?

Zaggers would definitely beat Ward, I favor GGG over Ward but the size much be too much.

Is Zaggers another word for Calzaghe? In that case, yeah, he would probably beat Ward. When you look at Ward's style, it's obvious that guys like Golovkin, Froch, Kessler and Kovalev doesn't have the combination of workrate and speed that it takes disturb Ward.

Golovkin is too small. He is a smaller inferior version of Kessler.

RJJ is the only fighter at 168 I'd favour over him.
I think he beats Calzaghe, Ottke, whoever else without much fuss.

I could also see Robin Reid at his best putting up a good effort. Noway near as talented or anything but I feel with his durability, power, roughness and slight crudeness he could be surprisingly competitive.

Golovkin is on a completely different level than Froch, Kessler, and Kovalev. You guys think of him as this mindless brawler, did you know that he lands the most jabs per round? He also has one of the best amateur records ever.

If we are talking prime vs prime. RJ beats him easily, stops him if he wants to. James Toney makes him look like a fool. Calzaghe slaps him to death in an easy UD. Sugar Ray Leonard beats the **** out of this guy at 168. I mean seriously, Ward isnt an ATG. He is one of the best now, thats it. He will be lucky to get by Kovalev, lets be real.

Dude. Ottke is nothing compared to Calzaghe and Ward, he's not relevant in this discussion...

Ward is a better boxer than Calzaghe, but don't you see how the styles could end up as trouble for Ward? Calzaghe and Ward are both 1 level above guys like Froch and Kessler and 1 level below guys like Roy Jones Jr. It would be an epic fight.

Its hilarious you put Froch and Kessler in the same sentence as Kovalev and Golovkin. Jesus, Kovalev and Golovkin would kill the other two inside of 5 rounds. Ward is a hell of a fighter, the first two he took care of no problem, the other two he loses to more than likely. I cant call that for sure but the funny thing is you think they are in the same league. We watching the same fights or nah?
