Max Kellerman used to put it like this:

147 and below, nobody is beating Floyd Mayweather
160 and below, nobody is beating GGG
168 and below, nobody is beating Andre Ward
175 and below, Kovalev is the man

But once any of those guys meet (assuming weights are fair) it's all out the damn window.

I'll be a fan of all three of those bad mother****ers until the end, regardless.

    I cant argue wit that.

Calzaghe would have embarrassed Ward. Shoot, I think Badou Jack and James Degale could beat Ward now doe.

With this so called "comparison" you have audacity to call yourself a boxing expert. Go, die in shame somewhere.
There are other variables, which apparently you're not aware of:
            -precision
            -coordination and balance
            -sense of distance
those little things that combined are called "boxing talent".
Something makes your blind about Golovkin and these attributes. I wonder what it is...

Calzaghe, GGG, Hopkins, Toney, Hagler, Hearns, Jones and probably a few other boxers I forgot would all beat Ward in my opinion. He is good but he damn sure isn't as good as you have him cracked up to be. Ward is a converted southpaw with a weak right hand and good fighters would take advantage of that. Of course he has a good left jab and left hook because he is left handed. His left hook is his power punch and it's not that powerful. That's why he seldom KO's anybody really good.

Jones, Calzaghe, Toney, Eubank, Benn, and Collins were all special fighters at 168, it would've been great to see Ward tested by any of them. I think we missed what would've been Ward's most interesting fight at 168 when Andre Dirrell dropped out of the S6.

Calzaghe and Jones are the only ones you mentioned who would be a test for Ward. But yeah, wouldn't mind seeing him fight Eubank neither.
