Well, the tiny trace of the non-steroid Povetkin tested for was well below a millionth of a gram, so it was NOT a failed test according to WADA rules.

I'm actually not talking about Povetkin. I was talking about you throwing Whitaker's name in the mix of fighters who used performance enhancing drugs or allegedly used them.
