The very amusing part of this is that the best that can be argued is that he "signed" to fight pirog and we are then supposed to worship the great sweetlovekin, Ward signs a contract to fight Kovalev, he gets jumped on by every gggay fan here....double standards. Oh, we didn't see the contract doe, we don't know if he signed doe...meanwhile Loeffler has been blowing smoke for YEARS and not signed a damn thing, but we're just supposed to believe him and his loser team.

He gave Degale hell, and if he beat him handily, that would look MUCH better after Degale struggled with him than beating a guy who's not even proven at JMW.
Why should he have to move up in weight? he is clearly not a big middle or struggling to make 160. I understood why he was willing to move up to fight someone like Chavez or Froch in the past - bc they are big name fighters - beating them gains you notoriety and fighting them makes you more money.
Beating Medina would look better to who??? No joke, I don't even know who medina is??? I don't watch as much boxing the past year or 2 as I used to, but I am still more than a "casual fan". Your "better" fight is for him to move up to 168 and fight some no-name for less money as opposed to fighting an undefeated welterweight champ who is, by far, more well-known to boxing fans? ok...

Also, who "jumped" on Ward. Every boxing fan I've talked to can't wait for Kovalez v. Ward. I don't even understand your point there.

Who knows what the future holds. Those who fight for future instead of concentrating on their present end up like Fonfara.Human beings can only take the burden of thinking about 24 hours. If you think about the past, you will get depressed. If you think about the future, you will get anxious. Live in the present.
