  • For those that do not know, the IBF rules state that their boxers must weigh-in the morning of the fight and they cannot have gained more than 10 lbs over the contracted limit for the fight.

Golovkin's fight against Brook will be his 3rd consecutive IBF sanctioned title fight.

      There you have some.

There are more that are well known and not posted there, like:

      Wade 174
      Golovkin 171

      Lemieux 175
      Golovkin 170

You have to google a bit, those weights are well known by everyone here but you.

That's the pattern, with the exception of Proksa and Macklin fights as I told you before.

      • GGG cuts weight for these 30 day weigh ins to be like, "Look at me! I'm a small middleweight." It's going to hurt his career in the long run.

On the flip-side, no one knows what weight Brook will be or how his body will perform because he doesn't know because he has absolutely no experience making the Middleweight range or performing at that weight.

More proof that Golovkin is risk adverse and is only willing to stay in his comfort zone. Greatness will not be achieved that way.

No one needs foolish illuminati theories and no one knows why you even brought it into this boxing discussion.

GGG was ready to fight Ward at 168 back in 2013, but Ward wasn't ready for him. And in any case, HBO told them both that there wasn't enough fan interest in either of them back then to make it a worthwhile match-up.

GGG was ready to fight Froch in the UK, at 168lbs, which is something Ward wouldn't do. He also wanted to fight Quillin when Quillin was still unbeaten and highly rated.

Trust me, GGG will take risky fights when the time and the money is right. And I have a feeling that Kell Brook could turn out to be a riskier opponent than you and many others believe.
Golovkin also signed to fight Pirog (WBO MW champion) after Pirog KOed Jacobs. Pirog injured during camp and the fight was cancelled, but that's a different story. GGG didn't make any demand and signed to fight the most dangerous MW at that time. Anyone saying GGG is not willing to take risks is ******.

Golovkin fighting his entire career at Middleweight, means he is a Middleweight. That's a pretty simple concept.....35 out of 35 career fights at Middleweight....you're a Middleweight.

Obviously you are confused about old school. Old school would mean Golovkin weighing in at 160 or below the day of the fight and not being a Light Heavyweight when the bell rings. The only true Middleweight Champion of the past decade has been Cotto.
Golovkin had a few fights at SMW early in his career.

Why would he punish himself for nothing? And why would you post this under an alt account? Also, why do they call them "cowardly alts"?

He told you why. Just like Canelo drained for his 30 day weigh in.

You keep proving my point that Golovkin and his opponents are all Light Heavyweights on fight night. Let's review the link YOU sent....

                  Jr Middleweights on Fight Night
                  Thurman 160, Quintana 165, Lara 164 and 170, Andrade 166, Marrtiozyan 164, Charlo 170, Mosley 164, Canelo 165 and 167, Hatton 157, Angulo 163

                  Middleweights on Fight Night
                  Jacobs 170, Quillen 170, Pirog 170, Kirkland 168, Tapia 165, Lee 167.5, Rosado 175, Korobov 173, Baker 168

                  Sergio Martinez 165 and 168

In fact, the link YOU provided only listed Golovkin at 168 against a smaller Proska (166).

Once again, this means that Golovkin is usually a Light Heavyweight on fight night....just like his opponents.

I see... Canelo was making 172 (trout fight) and 174 (angulo fight) but you took the lowest weights you found there from when he was fighting at 150 catchweights. You also include Thurman as JMW.. or Kirkland as MW... You're an assh'le.

                      You're a poor ****** troll.
