It's like some of you guys started watching boxing yesterday.

Pacquiao was NEVER going to walk through Mayweather's punches, and Kovalev will not walk through Ward's.

That fight has " decision " written all over it.
Better you don't comment on boxing as you don't have a f@cking scooby doo what your talking about....the moog should just sit in the corner and be quiet when the big boys speak about the noble art ....shut it moog

Well... you didn't show us much of that over the weekend, Andre.

Regardless I think I favor Ward to win the fight, but not by KO.

I think if he could have easily gotten Brand out of there he would have, but it was a situation where he would have had to significantly step on the gas and stick his neck out there a little bit.. and Ward just doesn't overextend himself for anything.

He was never going to try to go hard for the KO. Kind of sucks though because we all know he could have done more.

It's true. He doesn't have sick power but he's got enough to get people's respect.

Ward can drop Kovalev. Not stop him, but drop him.

That's because people equate power in terms of KO/KO% but discount those quick sharp shots that opponents don't see and make them hesitate to engage.

What he's saying is that he hits hard enough to keep fighters off of him. They aren't just walking through his punches. At least that's the way I interpreted it.
I agree. After reading the article, I came to the comments section and wondered where the hell all of this KO talk was coming from.....then I remembered most don't actually read the articles before poster their expert opinions.

I vote for him to keep it, big girls need love too!

I'm seeing a lot of that in this thread.

Ward will definitely make him for it.

                      anyone can be hurt

Floyd has been hurt multiple times, Ward has been hurt, granite chin Margarito has been dropped like a sack of potatoes. The problem is that once a guy with a good rep gets hurt all of a sudden the forum thinks they are glass chin bums

So yes, even Kovalev can be hurt. I recall Pascal hurting to the body pretty bad.
