Several months ago, I heard they had lost $484m. Today, it's $430m. Neither have a clue. What your eyes should tell you is that the fights continue to occur at a never-seen pace and looks like the pace will continue to be dizzying in 2017.

If I were to guess, I'm going to go with they're doing what they're supposed to with their capital. Spending it.
It's part of the reason. It's like selling a product that takes $50 to produce at $15.

I don't believe everything but I'm just stating my opinion on that figure if true.

And I would prefer he were to spend it more wisely. I want it to succeed. I think this is the last straw for boxing trying to be mainstream again. If boxers really cared about the sport, they'd do something about it but most just want to get paid an insane amount for bullshit fights.

Boxing is being destroyed by its own boxers and promoters.

It isn't because he miscalculated a fighter's worth. I think so. My bad for not being a little bit more clear on my response.

What exactly isn't because of a fighter's worth? What is "it?"

Right except that's someone's guess not based on anything he or we know. That's my point. Someone could easily stand up and say, PBC has put their capital to use, spending millions on hundreds of cards over a three year period on a variety of networks, allowing them to build brand and fighter recognition. Not exactly a sinking ship.

Keep being in denial then. Brand isn't going to matter much if it's not going to make back the money it spent.

So you think they invested in boxing believing they would make $500m plus in the first 15 or so months. Ok.
