Haymon isn't talking on his money phone to 50 Cent or wiping his ass with Franklin's.
How can one tell how he lives? He doesn't want the public to know. We do know he travels via private jet.

It doesn't really matter though, what matters is that boxing in the US is badly fractured and as a result the sport is damaged by the lack of good match-ups.

Thats been the case for awhile. And sure thats a problem, but I'd suggest the lack of new fans coming to boxing in the US is a bigger problem.

Again there is a what comes first the chicken or the egg debate we might be getting into here. To me you can't make great matchups if no one knows the two guys from the start.

For example you can throw the two best teams in the Premier league against each other & give me the best seats & I won't appreciate that **** cuz I don't know **** about the Premier league or the two best teams in it. Thats boxing in 2016. Therefore boxings problems aren't that Thurman vs Spence isn't happening, its that the number of people who know who the f#ck Thurman or Spence are is low. Or basically whats Leonard vs Hearns mean if no one knew who the f#ck they were? It means a hell of a lot less than it did.

So, which is better (for the fighter, not for you) -- fighting once a year and getting paid $1.2 million or fighting three times in a year and getting paid $40,000 for all three fights?
you say alot of ****** ****, but this takes the cake. Are you really saying that Garcia only got $12,500 for Khan? Only $12,500 for Morales I and II? Only $12,500 for Campbell and Judah? Only $12,500 for Mattythsee??

          Youre an idiot...........

So is it going to stay as it is now, fighters on top and in their primes fighting once a year?

We had Thurman-Porter and it attracted 3.4 million. The fans are there, the match-ups are not, at least not with any consistency.

Same with Adonis Stevenson, he pulled 1.3 million plus v Bellew, so people know who he is. Give him crap match-ups, and he returns 400k.

It's not all PBC of course, the others like Top Rank are guilty too.

Well thats cuz Thurman & Porter have been two of the guys most promoted by PBC during its run for the last year & change. And that number can grow even bigger in the future is the thing. Meanwhile idiots been saying Thurman vs Porter shoulda happened in March 2015 before they were able to garner more notability with fights on national TV.

Boxing can be much bigger than it currently is, but it takes time & growing on free TV, basic cable, an online presence & other potential avenues besides premium cable & PPV where elite level boxing has been sequestered for the last few decades. Boxing fans & hell most of the people involved in the boxing business are just so used to the next Ocean's 11 type PPV score they can't understand the long game potential in sharing boxing with more fans than have been exposed to it in a long time.

Haymon knows the formula for a successful high-rated event like the Thurman vs Porter fight. Nobody knows why he keeps insisting on making meaningless fights like Lara vs Zaveck, Lara vs Martirosyan 2, etc.

Thats a lie. Danny made 2m from golden boy to fight matthysse. And he made 1.5m to fight Zab
