Salido doesn't have any real leverage here. Lomo's career will continue to rise whether or not he avenges that defeat. Nobody cares about the guy who first beat BHop, and another year or two from now nobody will care about Salido period.

Lomo should make a big offer to Vargas and then offer even less money to Salido.

After all the information I posted do you feel like Salido should take less money than Lomachenko? Klimas is saying Salido should take short money and prove himself against a guy he already beat and a bigger payday will come further down the road. Not even Rigo fans will say he deserves more money than Frampton, Quigg, or LSC. That's why I say Lomachenko 10 fans are more delusional than Rigo's 10 fans.

Lomachenko has the leverage here because there are a bunch of other dudes he can go fight and get paid what he's been getting. What's Salido gonna do next? Fight for 50K again or whatever it was against Vargas. I get people saying Salido (won) the first fight and is a bigger draw, but Lomachenko has the belt and doesn't need Salido like Salido needs him. Fair would probably be 50/50 with Salido also getting the Mexican money, but I don't see that happening and now have the feeling that Salido will get left behind while Lomacenko goes and fights somebody like Vargas or Sosa.
