Comments Thread For: Lomachenko's Manager With a Big F*** You To Salido Demands

There has been some online recent back-and-forthing between the representatives of WBO super featherweight titlist Vasyl Lomachenko and the man who defeated him in his second pro bout, Orlando Salido. The hope is that they will engage in a fall rematch but it seems as though things are already getting bogged down during early negotiations.

This is always the sign when fighters are not sure of winning. They cry and whine and negotiate thru the media. But I have nothing against Salido. He deserves the payday.

Salido is with Golden Boy so he should be pestering Dela Hoya and let him do the negotiating. This is all up to HBO, not Arum, or team Lomachenko.

Salido trying to cash out I guess, I think Salido can maybe say he deserves 50/50 but he shouldn't be asking for more than Lomachenko that's just absolute bull****!

Well considering Salido beat Loma. Wtf is his manager on about? His comments should apply to Loma not Salido. If you are confident you can beat the guy who already beat you, don't be a ***** and make it like he does'nt deserve the payday.

"If Salido would have right now the WBC title and Lomachenko have WBO, that means something," continued Klimas. "He can ask for even more money than Lomachenko but right now he's not in the situation where to tell Lomachenko to 'give me more money and I will fight you.' F*** you. There are plenty of guys to fight before a Salido."
Oh yea, Klimas? Salido is the bigger draw. It's not even a doubt

Egis Klimas, who handles the career of Lomachenko told BoxingScene.com over the weekend - "Let me put it this way, Salido is yelling he can beat Lomachenko and he wants a lot of money. So in my case, if he is so sure he can beat Lomachenko - he can go with any money possible because the next one will be a big payday for him.

That doesn't make sense. Nobody gets big paydays for beating Lomachenko. He already beat him. Compare their purses

Another Lomachenko fight that won't be made because he gets paid to much. The most overpaid fighter in the sport.

Explain why he deserves more than Lomachenko?

Salido is right to ask for big money if that's the case . Salido beat Loma already , beat Vargas and rocky too but he was stolen .

Salido has fought better fighters : Gamboa , Vargas , rocky , you name it

Could it be that Loma is ducking salido ? Loma getting scared of being exposed again ???

Salido will beat him , he has been there .

Hit and not be hit ; can not hit what you don't see .

Salido holds a win over Lomachenko and he brings the coveted Mexican viewership.

He deserves to get paid well.
