He won the 1st fight and puts fans in seats. Doesn't that count for something?

That guy down in the Yucatan didn't even get a mention. He's down there fighting in front of Jaguars and chupecabra. Belchert is happy now? He prefers Orlando and his interim title? Where is his lawyer?

Klimas is delusional. When you start to look at Lomachenko's numbers he's Rigo's level when it comes to attendance and ratings but he's closer to Crawford when it comes to pay. It doesn't add up

HBO-Showtime post similar ratings on Saturday night

HBO Boxing edged out Showtime Boxing in ratings as the two went up against one another for most of Saturday night.

Showtime offered Ruslan Provodnikov and John Molina, Jr. in its main event. Molina scored the upset of the favored Russian. The event drew 465,000 viewers.

His Gary Rusell fight got 400k against no other boxing.

His Romula card got 500k against NBC Sports.

And I literally apologized to my guests for his fight on Floyd card.

            He's below Rigo draw.

I'm combining all the information I posted right here. Tell me why Lomachenko deserves anything more than a 60/40 split in Salido's favor? Actually it should be closer to 70/30 in Salido's favor

"If Salido would have right now the WBC title and Lomachenko have WBO, that means something," continued Klimas. "He can ask for even more money than Lomachenko but right now he's not in the situation where to tell Lomachenko to 'give me more money and I will fight you.' F*** you. There are plenty of guys to fight before a Salido."
Oh yea, Klimas? Salido is the bigger draw. It's not even a doubt

Egis Klimas, who handles the career of Lomachenko told BoxingScene.com over the weekend - "Let me put it this way, Salido is yelling he can beat Lomachenko and he wants a lot of money. So in my case, if he is so sure he can beat Lomachenko - he can go with any money possible because the next one will be a big payday for him.

That doesn't make sense. Nobody gets big paydays for beating Lomachenko. He already beat him. Compare their purses

Another Lomachenko fight that won't be made because he gets paid to much. The most overpaid fighter in the sport.

Lomachenko is always trying to pull gimmicks instead of taking a paycut to make the fights happen.

Andre Ward got paid the same amount Lomachenko got paid his last fight and Ward more than doubled Lomachanko's attendance. Some fighters understand you gotta take pay cuts to make the fight happen. This is Wards third fight in a row he took a paycut from his guarantee to make the fight happen

Klimas is delusional. When you start to look at Lomachenko's numbers he's Rigo's level when it comes to attendance and ratings but he's closer to Crawford when it comes to pay. It doesn't add up

They should just pay him and pick up an easy win.

Salido is looking to cash out. I don't he believes he can beat Lomachenko again. He got away with one in the first fight. He's trying to get the most out of it.

I say just give him the money and erase blemish.

Salido does more ratings/live gate than Lomachenko and has a win over him....as long as Lomachenko is happy with his own pay why does he care how much salido asks....

@ Klimas: Maybe, but to use your logic, Loma will easily beat Salido now so maybe he can take the pay cut to make more future $$$ off of Salido's name? Do it in Kiev or Mexico City, don't matter.

I seem to recall a lot of lowblow punches and a lot of sloppy inside work that wasn't landing from Saldio.

I believe Lomachenko was robbed in that fight.

Also Lomachenko has fought better since and he holds world title gold something Saldio doesn't.
Yes he beat him. And yes Salido got away with a lot in that fight. Loma should of took matters into his own hands when it was clear the ref was'nt going to stop it. Loma learned a hard pro boxing lesson that night from a savy vet.

Salido holds a win over Loma.
Salido is likely the bigger draw.

                      Salido deserves at least 50/50.
