I sgall ask you again. Was their fight before or after the time oscar slid him that briefcase of money, got busted but settled to receive a percentage of his fights? Since you know, oscar ana gods motivation, according to you, was due to manny being a p4p fighter and all.
I don't see how this is relevant to the discussion at hand?

But just to humour you a bit, I'm not saying I read Oscars mind and learned his motivation, I'm simply stating what he said in an interview before the fight. Of course money would have been a motivator.

I don't see what your point is. Are you saying Oscar was demoralised? The man was a huge favourite, he knew it, his team knew it and just about everyone in this sport knew it...until they didn't.

Fact is, Crawford put in a stipulation, long before negotiations had begun and that hinders discussion between the 2 groups straight away. So theres really no question of Pac avoiding a fighter in this scenario.
Well that's why I asked if I missed Pac's response. Did he say that he would be unwilling to move down? Or did he say that he only wishes to fight at 147?

It doesn't seem like negotiations have been hindered. Apparently they are still ongoing, but certain members of Pac's team have ruled Crawford out, not because of his desire to fight at 140, but because they don't like his fighting style. I've never seen anyone, not Pac, not Roach, not Arum, and not Koncz, say that Crawford was eliminated because he wishes to stay at 140. Again, if you have some information about Pac's stance, that would greatly support your argument.

Hasn't Paqcuiao already agreed to fight Crawford, according to Arum? What is Arum waiting for? What is this Vargas talk all about?

Last I heard, Arum said the Vargas fight is not 100% yet and Pac decides on August 10 on who he fights. Roach doesn't decide, KOncz doesn't decide, Arum doesn't decide. It's Pacquiao.

Paqcuiao only decides what Arum presents to him. And it's still up to Bob to make one choice juicier than the other. And if he really wants his boy Crawford for Paq why would he even add Vargas to the choices when according to him Paq has already agreed to fight Crawford? Does it makes sense?

The only way this gets labeled as a duck (and that's the central argument you and motorcity***** dont understand is) is if Pacquiao himself had said he would fight at 140 next and then backed out of a Crawford fight. The man hasn't made that particular weight in almost a decade and now he is supposed to be ducking a guy at that weight? That's crazy.

Is the above good enough for you to delete this thread? Just wondering.
