Really? Crawford hasn't fought in the welterweight division. If he can't bring his power up to welterweight, he will be running the whole night dodging Pacquiao's bombs. Vargas has the Mexican fans behind him while Crawford has only a few.
That's incorrect. Broner made over 1 million to fight Ashley Theophane and made almost $2 million when he fought Maidana so there was no way he would accept a $3 to $4 million purse to fight Pac, even with $5-$6 million upside. Broner acts like a fool but he knows that Pacquiao's option of Vargas, Crawford was never truly a consideration, is not going to bring the PPV numbers that a Pac vs Broner fight would. That 3 to 4 million plus PPV points is the same deal Bradley got but Broner knows he is worth more than Bradley because he is more polarizing and would sell more PPV's.
So where can he get $5-6 million aside from Pacquiao?
