That's what I am reading between the lines. This whole situation is a joke, I can't understand how the mandatory challenger to the world title is allowed to compete after testing positive, the only explanation is money.

The UKAD, Boxing Scene, the international press and the boxing world in its entirety seem to be reporting otherwise, but since you say it must not be true. Damn I feel like an idiot right now.

The bizarre part of the story is that the sample in question was taken nine months before the Klitschko fight. And they're being charged now??

Why? Is this normal procedure for UKAD? If it is then they have some terrible procedures in place. If it's not normal, then that needs to be explained immediately.
Boente will sue, Klitschko and the camp won't allow this to slip. Their lawyers already met in the final week of June, I expect we'll hear comment from their side in due course, of course that is only stating the obvious. UKAD are going to feel the full force of legal action, this suit mentioned by the Fury's is laughable for their part.

          That's true definition of fanboyism.

Disclaimer: I dislike both of them - just pointing out the irony.
Who are you talking about? Some of the people who were defending Povetkin are now calling Fury a cheat and saying he should be banned, but not the other way round.

Nope. The press and the boxing world are reporting that UKAD have CHARGED Fury with PED use and that the hearing which will decide whether he is innocent or guilty has yet to be scheduled.

Only biased idiots like you are already calling him a cheat before the hearing has even happened.

Where you calling for Povetkin to be banned before his case had been investigated, btw?

You wrote that as if you had a clue what you were talking about. And as usual, you don't.

UKAD lifted the ban on Fury because they were ordered to by a High Court judge.

Povetkin had explainable amounts of a drug that could not be cycled off, Fury has unexplainable amounts of a drug which can be flushed in testing right.

These comparisons are uncomparable. You're defending a cheat, I never defended Povetkin I just hope for a quick resolution, Fury is prolonging the inevitable hence why the UKAD have passed it over to the higher authority to ban and charge him.

According to Peter Fury he was informed of the ban 45 mins after he announced that Tyson had been injured.
