Charges are not dropped, they've passed the case over. UKAD have lifted their provisional suspension, now all evidence has been submitted an completed on their part.

That's not what usually happens when someone is charged with PED abuse. When Dillian Whyte and Kid Galahad were popped by UKAD tests they were charged and suspended immediately, and they stayed suspended while waiting for their cases to be heard.

The idea of a provisional suspension is to prevent a possible PED abuser from competing till the case is settled. The Furys are now free to compete without their cases being settled. This indicates to me that UKAD are backing away from trying to ban them.
