I'll tell you what's going on, it's probably that damn dirty bastard Oquendo, he spiked Fury's and Browne's tests, kidnapped Chagaev and forced him to retire and probably threatened to kill Luis Ortiz's family if he fights Ustinov. Get ready for Wlad/Oquendo for all the marbles LMAO!!!
Honestly at this point this seems as reasonable as whats going on.

How the f#ck did Fury not get suspended months before the Klitschko fight happened after supposedly testing positive?

If the UKAD was helping cover this up for some reason, why aren't they covering it up now?

If Hughie tested positive why wasn't he suspended at least?

This situation seems to be one of the more sketchy PED situations all around in boxing ever.

They didn't try to hide it, numbnuts. They were only charged and suspended on June 24 and the first thing they did was start a court action themselves against UKAD. The court has already orderd UKAD to lift the suspension, so I'd say that's round one to the Furys.

That would be like sweeping dust under the carpet when visitors knock on the door, inviting them in, then pulling the carpet back and saying " Hey, look what I hid under here"

First thing they did was claim Fury was injured and that was the reason the fight was off, no mention of the suspension for failing a drug test. They then claimed Hughie wasn't fighting because he was ill, again no mention of the suspension for a failed drug test.

LOL, but this is what some cats are suggesting.

I just know a lot of **** isn't making sense to me with this PED situation. If Fury used a PED why was he allowed to fight? Why wasn't this info out til recently?

Whatever the case with Fury & a PED I think the UKAD needs to be looked into as far as how they do business. If you piss dirty you shouldn't be fighting til your situation is resolved one way or another whoever you are.

Fury's injury looked genuine to me and it was also verified by doctors. As for Hughie, his illness has been known about for a long time. He took a year off for it in 2013/14 and that had nothing to do with doping accusations.

It's very strange. Only two explanations that I can think of. The first is that Fury's team challenged the shit out of it behind the scenes, drawing out the pre-hearing process. The second is that UKAD deliberately dragged their feet for reasons unknown.

And that's only if the letter Fury received in June was notifying him of the hearing. If that was the charging letter, then it would mean that UKAD did not initiate proceedings until 15 months after the test came back positive. That, if true, is incredible.

I guaranteed you Wlad's lawyers are gearing up right now.
