    oh my goodness

while i think this is a bogus fight and dirk's actually got a leg to stand on for once, the professional boxers' publicists who run their social media need to stay out of internet troll beefs, and tom loeffler shouldn't even be in a converstaion that would lead to him challenging our dirk to throw hands out on the the cobblestone.

        Dirk was right though.

It is not the toughest fight he could have made. Degale would definitely fight him. Of course, Kell is gonna jump in for a payday of £4 million though but so would an awful lot of other fighters including Degale.

dirk left bscene because he was called out by a poster who was basically his neighbor, and invited to meet him at a neutral location or even a boxing gym, for a straightener.

          That's right, I recall now.

I'm not Loeffler, Hearn or Haymon. I don't know why they did not try to make DeGale. Just like you don't know, no matter what theories you have.

I have three guesses why they made Brook vs. GGG and not DeGale:
            1) Brook was having issues making a fight w Vargas. Since Brook is more popular, and was having issues, it paid better for both fighters and for the promoters to make GGG vs. Brook.
            2) DeGale is supposed to unify with Jack.
            3) Making fights with Haymon fighters is still very difficult for HBO-affiliated promoters. All we have seen so far is Wade, a little known mandatory, and Khan who's kind of a Haymon guy, but kind of not.

I think it's mostly a combination of #1 and #2. If he made DeGale-GGG, he screws over one of his best guys (Brook) and potentially screws up the SMW unification.
I can't point you to which owns but I can tell you I've watched numerous IFLTV videos where Hearn states that now Haymon is on board that he is taking a backseat with Degale. Lee Selby also.

We agree, theyd have to start from scratch 2 months out, with a guy who may be contracted for another fight, and expressed no interest in GGG since all of this went down. But if he's free later this year, Loeffler says make an offer.
I don't recall where I said anything was or wasn't on the table.

Yeah but Loeffler said if Degale was offered they would have taken it when you've basically just said that wasn't possible got September and listed s number of excuses as to why. So again, why mention him then?

Degale can make an offer but it's GGG and team who are in position to make offers.
