Degale hasn't said a peep about stepping in for Eubank. 2 months out, no time to deal with reluctant boxers or you lose the date

The Wba said they're not enforcing it cause Jacobs had that date vs TBA/Mora. And how many times does Jacobs have to say he doesn't want it soon?

it was eddie hearns decision on who was gonna get paid. Lets not forget that degale being with haymon already has himself locked in to fight badou jack. Jacobs dont want it he had already been dealing with the mora, rematch since may.they had already talked about having the rematch in late july.that just tells you jacobs still has nightmares of gettin pirogged.

        Sr.

Even Eubank Jr. Own promotor said Sr. was the problem.

I'm still trying to figure out why Jacobs and Mora are even DOING a rematch??? Jacobs KO'd him 2 rounds... Now he might just need 1. Waste of time and $$$

I agree.. He comes across as delusional & it could be all the shots he took trusting his solid chin..

Jacobs has signed to fight a rematch with Mora. That's why the WBA didn't mandate a fight between he and Golovkin after Canelo vacated. You expect a world champion to turn down the biggest payday of his careeer to go chasing after a low money fight with another guy who clearly doesn't want to fight him?

Myself and others have pointed out many times in these threads that DeGale is negotiating for a fight with Jack later this year. That's the fight he wants and he's hoping to earn even more from it than he would get for GGG. DeGale and Jacobs were never options for a Sept fight with Golovkin.

B ... b ... but ... he could have asked them anyway ... how do you know he didn't?

If those are Golovkin's words, then with all due respect he is an illiterate and poorly-educated person, despite the fact that evidently English is not his first language. It sounds like a very uneducated elementary school kid from the streets, who just cannot get his point or ideas across because he just doesn't have the skills to articulate his ideas properly. He should just keep quiet and let his handlers do the talking for him, until he gets better at being more articulate and making more sense. Just my very particular opinion. A great boxer, but a poor speaker IMO.

"evidently English is not his first language" ?? Where have you been the last 3 years? Don't you know anything about him??

What are you following boxing for? Follow chess to listen to literate well educated people.

That said, Golovkin should have better mastered the English language by now. So what? He hasn't. That's not why I watch him.

I think he got his point across well enough. He is pissed off at both Eubank and Canelo and has lost respect for them.

I prefer to hear it from him - his own words. I am fed up of only hearing Sanchez troll and Loeffler soft-soaps everything.

Go and find an interview on YouTube where Golovkin speaks in Russian or Kazakh , you might form a different opinion.

                  I wouldn't say he's uneducated. He's a very educated and polite person. He's a nice guy.

I want to see how you would talk in russian for instance. I bet you would look very limited. Assh0le.
Who knows sterile eye might speak 6 languages - but I doubt it. Lets see him respond to questions in Kazakh better still - any you know half the persons asking boxing questions don't come across as very literate either - Triple is probably just learning English from people around him in the gyms - not necessarily be best source with all the slang.

Yeah but Wade was a mandatory and Salka was a voluntary - there is a difference ya know. Blame the IBF for their shitty mandatories

Is it possible for Brook to make this fight competitive? Yes
                      Is it probable? No

If Welterweight Brook makes this fight competitive against Golovkin, what does that say about Golovkin's P4P status?
Or what would it say about Brook's greatness?
