Actually I find it strange that Fury's team were so slow in reacting.. Look at the guy who genuinely had traces in his system(Povetkin), his team filed a case & in my opinion will be compensated or at least would get a shot again at the title.

Povetkin & World of Boxing were trying to save a fight & now trying to re-get a fight. Plus the details of that situation were all out in the open. This situation is much more suspect, weird & undefined.

And for sure this wasn't a slow legal response. Fury probably has a few year period where he'd be legally eligible to sue these guys if the UK is anything like the US in this regard. Filing a lawsuit within 4-6(?) weeks of this leak is quick as f#ck in the legal world trust me.

That's a question worth a million bucks but we don't even have a dime of an answer.. UKAD said nothing, did not agree/disagree.. The so called investigation they are doing in some secret lab of theirs does not yield anything.. If he is not guilty then there isn't even an apology.. The other question I have is, why is it that Fury & his lawyers take so long to hit back at UKAD..

Fury is saying that, at the time, he was told the most likely explanation for the positive test was contamination of a dietary supplement, and there was no threat of a charge being made against him.

So have UKAD charged him with something now? And if they have, why the heck did they wait for over a year before doing it? That's crazy. If I was Wlad Klitschko, I'd be thinking of suing them myself!

And btw, I've never heard of any athlete being charged with PED abuse on the basis of one positive sample, when the second and third tests came up clean.

There's no doubt that the powers that be, both here and in the States, would like to find a way of getting rid of Tyson Fury ... but not till after he's gotten rid of Wlad for Deontay and AJ.
