LOL alright man, your mind is made up no need to even talk boxing with you, a fighter adapts to his strengths and wins the fight and that's a bad thing? Ward is not a throw back fighter??? he had contract issues... but nevermind ur right they are just average fighters have a good one.
Floyd, Ward, Rigo and Crawford?

How can you not understand that some people think it isn't exactly great that you decide you can't actually outbox someone so you break the rules(or bend them a lot). Praise that all you want but Floyd never had to do that *****..... You should check out Carlos Molina....He's probably even better than Ward at not fighting....
Ward is at his best from the far outside using his jab...Not when he's shoving his head into peoples faces...
Guys like Toney/Duran are the really skillful fighters....Comment

You trying to compare Frampton, Quigg, or BJS to any of those fighters shows a much stronger agenda. You'd get laughed at in any serious boxing discussion trying to come up with that crap.Comment

This.
Rigo is like the 1000 years flood. Rare, unique, etc. The rest are like the 100 year floods, unique in their own ways, but seen more often.
For me P4P, between those 5 (Loma included) Rigo takes it.
Too bad that his style is not appreciated by the networks and casuals. But in reality its not Rigo's fault, dudes just go completely into defensive mode once they feel his bit and speed.
When Rigo hits flush, its impacting, sharp, hard, its like being hit by a 300 WinMag, just violent makes dudes just cover up and pray.Comment

An orthodox fighter who uses his lead hand more than a southpaw? SHOCKING
Just stop
Rigo beat a top 5 p4p fighter and he's still not getting recognition, what the **** are you talking about????
Oh so whan Frampton does somethign better it's through circumstance and not skill but when Rigo does it is skill....And I'm the one with an agenda? BJS has a beautiful Jab, being southpaw has never stopped him using it.

Yes he beat Donaire like 4 years ago. And show me one person who isn't a hater who doesn't give Rigo his props.....They say he is boring, No one says he isn't skilled. Also learn to read, Never once did I compare Quigg to those fighters, I compared Frampton's win over Quigg to Rigo's unspectacular wins.
You's are the one comparing Floyd Mayweather...A first ballot hall of fame ATG to guys just now venturing into their second weight class. When Frampton beats Leo what will Crawford or Ward done that he hasn't?Last edited by PivotandRoll; 07-28-2016, 11:04 AM.Comment

His style is leading people into his left hands through beautiful footwork...it's is incredibly simple and you just expose yourself as a moron saying differently. he doesn't lead, he doesn't have a right hook or uppercut...barely has a jab...Uses his lead hand for control and that's it...
Something doesn't have to be complicated to be effective, in fact the opposite is almost always true.Comment
