GGG destroyed him in 3 rounds.

But I guess De Marco is a hell of a better win...

Murray who arguably beat Martinez and Sturm.
He also destroyed him, beating him every minute of the fight.

But you're right, GGG hasn't been able to put his hands on "names" like Martinez, Sturm, Jacobs (BJS now, GGG in 18 months) and Nelo "the vacater" since they openly avoided him.

sturm is garbage, after he got his name out there in the oscar fight he literally did nothing for the next 10 years. All of the different big names and champions at middleweight - hops, taylor, trinidad, pavlic, sergio, winky, williams, ggg, and sturm has fought none of them, he is happy to stay in europe and fight eurobums his entire career. he is a textbook example of a protected fighter. who gives a chit if martin murray had a close fight with him, having a close fight with a garbage fighter means nothing

Why would I take it on GGG and not the guys who want no part of him? Ward declined HBO's offer when it was presented. Why would I hate GGG for that and not Ward? Who else? Sturm, Martinez, Ndam, Cotto, Alvarez, Saunders, Jacobs, did I miss somebody?... Why would I hate on GGG and not these guys?

Admit it, GGG is the most hated man in this forum for unreasonable reasons, not Broner. I don't see GGG fans making threads about Broner everyday.
Its been 3 years since he hit the big time....HBO

still no elite opponents....his team and he has to take some heat for this just like the proposed fighters do...none of us were making the contracts, deals or negotiating

they may some changes and concede somethings to get the fights they want like fighters in the past.

How can GGG be the most hated man on this forum when he has a host of damage controllers and their dozens of alts.

if you make assertion thats not a huge compliment they gang up on posters

IMO Danny Garcia, Amir Khan, Wladimir Klitschko, are hated on a lot more than GGG...these dudes have proven a lot more in their careers and get crapped on, underrated or overlooked.

Because Broner is confrontational, straight to the point, good, and because GGG can't speak english good enough to talk **** other than "Good boy"

However.... broner has taken WAAAY more risks than GGG has and hes far younger too.

Im tired of GGG's bullchit act. Youre in charge of your own career, if nobody good will fight you at 160, then man the **** up and go fight Ward at 168. Broner has been in what 4 weight classes already?
Another one of Floyd groupies who wants middleweight division to be "freed" for their idol to come back and grab a belt.

Martin Murray is what he is...a tough euro level fighter who can give world rated guys a tough time but never actually beat anyone world class.

Geale is a pretty good fighter but he is no world beater considering he got blitzed by Cotto. Wouldnt say he is the type of opponent that brings p4p ramifications. Geale just may be his best win.

Being unified champion loses a lot of luster when you dont even fight for your titles.

Hopkins fought for every single one of his belts and defended the undisputed title 6 times....all the ibf trinket defenses are nice but the opposition was thin just like GGG's wba super and regular defenses. Difference is Hopkins PROVED he was the best middleweight and GGG has not.

therefore even if he wins the wbo there is still a dispute on his claim to being champion.

Boxing is simple....to be the man you beat the man, or eliminate the top 1-3 guys with a claim, GGG hasnt

Broner has taken more risks...fought more titlists, fought in more divisions.....fighting Maidana and Porter was no small order...broner is not a welterweight. Small with a low punch output.

I dont put much stock into most of the alphabet belts. Broner jumping 140 and trying to compete at 147 is a bigger accomplishment than the belts....starting @ 135 and below and winning a title at 147 is one of the hardest jumps in boxing

People are downing Paulie Malignaggi now because he is washed up. If you watch Paulie fight and his resume when he fought Broner he only had 4 losses and one was a robbery to former champion Juan Diaz, Hall of famers Cotto, Hatton and former champion Khan. He had defeated former titilts Ndou, Juan Diaz, Ngoudjo, Senchenko, and Judah. Always tried his best vs the best but lately he is just past it....he wasnt when he fought Broner, he was only 31 with 4 losses.

IMO moving up and fighting a perennial guy Like Paulie who won titles at two divisions in his own right is more impressive than Beating Daniel Geale, Murray, etc.

Cotto beat a shot Geale, GGG took his soul.

Geale retired and cashed out with Cotto.
