Bull****. You are a PBC homer. And why are you so focused on Gamboa. It was one fight amongst a body of work you jack ass. Who has he fought? He's a frikkin two time champion dumb ass. What belt does Broner have? Ya know....you keep talking all this ****...what are you going to do when he moves up to welterweight? Ironically enough...you sound like one of those dumb asses that keep saying the same thing about Money. That he's dodgin or he's afraid or who has Money fought? Money made great talent look average. So what's gonna happen (if) Crawford moves up to welterweight and starts beating all your homers? The explanation I can give for your attitude, is that you are not a boxing expert...just another casual homer fan. You don't rate calling yourself anything but a casual fan with that attitude towards another young fighter. It is you that need to STFU...because everytime you open your mouth with that BS...you just look dumb.

LMAO you fell flat on your face the moment you called me a PBC homer considering there isn't one single fighter on all of PBC beyond Porter who I can stomach. You want to talk about belts...seriously my nnnn...Broner is damn near the same age and has won belts in more divisions if that's your defense you simpleton fk. Crawford and Broner have both taken belts off lesser foes but we've seen Broner not quit under duress...Crawford ain't shown us shhh yet. You can measure a man all you want based on his promise..real fans of the sport base a man on how he handles himself under adversity. Let crawford get past Postol and then we can start talking until he faces another elite fighter you can take that dunce cap on your head and literally sit on it dry..f@g

Seriously? Postol is your litmus test for Crawford's legitimacy? Well you heard it first here folks. If Crawford beats Postol...you all have Turnedup's permission to root for Crawford. Wait a minute...is Postol Crawford's litmus test, or is Turnedup's opinion Crawford's litmus test? Damn...now I'm confused.

I think it has more to do with Arum not wanting Crawford to get beat by Manny while manny is on his way out of the sport. He needs his next cash cow. Or else why wouldn't arum stage a ppv between the 2 and cash manny out if he felt crawford could beat him?

Its all words. I don't think Manny would have a problem whatsoever fighting a small welterweight in Crawford. Pacquiaos power, agility, style, and boxing ability is a challenge in if it self for anyone from 140-147. Crawford is the one who is taking the real risk here.
Crawford turns south paw a lot. Pacquiao eats south paws for lunch. Crawford is someone that's like Spence in that he picks you apart early and overwhelms you, burrying his punches beating you into the dirt. Pac because of his low center of gravity (calves) is always in a position to fling hard power shots whether he's getting backed up or coming forward..or side to side haha. I hope this fight happens because I think Pacs sharp precision of power and speed will be a wake up call to be extremely cautious. You look at Bradley in their last fight and from early on Pacquaios power put him in a position that made him have to fight in a way that isn't exactly a winning strategy. Bradley tried to do the nessesary in making a momentum shift with a good hard shot but that winning strategy lead him down a road of getting knocked down a few times

IMO Arum sees the same problems with Manny facing Crawford as he did with Zahir Raheem. Neither appears to be a threat "on paper" and both would likely would get hurt by Manny's power and surely get flustered at times with Manny's speed. That said both are good boxers, are heavier and can use their reach advantage to possibly neutralize the speed and power advantage.

Crawford is the type of taller boxer/mover Arum doesn't usually like to match Manny against. If Crawford were more of a slower slugger like a Clottey or Margs or had less experience like an Algieiri, he might have a better chance to get a fight if Manny were active.

Just like Floyd was never on Arum's agenda to fight De La Hoya, Cotto, or Pacquiao

Doe, you completely took it the wrong way. Crawford is the protected fighter. Arum gave him cab drivers after another. Matthysse vs Crawford could have been the far bigger fight than Postol vs Matthysse. Arum gave him Jean and Lundy instead. Roach wanted Crawford. Did Arum listen? No.

Man you need to watch Crawford's fights. He's super hittable, got plenty of holes in his defense. Start with Dierry Jean. Youtube is your friend. You can play with your imagination and pretend Pac was Dierry in that fight. Then you can watch Gamboa next and so forth.

I agree that Crawford has been fed some easy fights. Matthysse would have gotten crushed by Crawford just like Postol beat him.

I agree that Crawford gets hit too much and have posted same numerous times. I would not pick him to beat Manny but I think if he were more like clottey/margs he would have gotten a Manny fight. He would have made less than Bradley and generated probaly the same number (or close to it) of PPV sales which meant more for Arum.
