Floyd is just stating is what we already know. If they really wanted it him and pacquiao would have fought a long time ago. Between Pac claiming to have a phobia of needles, Arum's ridiculous stadium idea, Floyds $40 mil offer with no pay per view money and other demands, but sides had their share of excuses.

The explanation is that you are writing bull shiet.

Rigo can be labeled as boring. Some of his fights have been boring to death. And I'm telling you this as his fan. So, yes, he's avoided, he's an amazing fighter, but also sometimes he can put you to sleep while you watch his fights. Anyway, that doesn't justify the ducking.

GGG puts eveyone KO. Not comparable. And GGG is not paying peanuts. It depends on your level. Jacobs has been offered 1 or 1.5 millions. How is that peanuts when you are Danny "the miracle man" Jacobs?

Broner went down SIGNIFICANTLY the moment Maidana landed that flush shot to the chin.

Pacquiao's PPV numbers took a huge dive starting from the moment he got put to sleep. At least he recovered; his numbers didn't.

Then of course, notable mention: Roberto Duran, "No Mas" certainly dropped his stock.

Four of the one-time biggest draws in boxing were never the same after losing. Tyson was still a draw, you're correct there. But that's because everyone knew him losing was Robin Givens fault, not that his opponent was any better than him.

The only fighter I can recollect kept the bulk of his draw power even in loss was Lennox Lewis, and that's because he always avenged said losses in exquisite fashion.
Don't forget to add Wladimir Klitschko to the list! He went from being ranked P4P top #5 to being dropped out entirely! He's not considered irrelevant and old...

          Mayweather back Canelo's duck, perfect

It says all you need to know about Mayweather and Canelo. Mayweather just admitted he ducked Manny until he was weaker.

I dont believe this was a 60mil fight back in 2010 or so when Pac just finished steamrolling Oscar, Hatton and Cotto. The demand for this fight reached its peak after his pummeling of Cotto.

This fight would have generated just as much or even more money back then.

I always felt that there was something "suspect" with Manny and Ariza. Roach made it more than a feeling. Floyd sealed the deal when he hired Ariza. I love Floyd and Manny, but they are both suspect! I believe they are both like Sammy Soasa and A-Rod, with the exception that they never got caught. I think Manny did it on the way up, and Floyd needed it to beat Maidana in the rematch. Ariza is a bigger piece in the Mayweather Era, than I believe most want to admit.

                Mayweather is looking for confirmation

If Canelo makes the same decisions as he did Mayweather knows De La Hoya's playboy letter becomes a joke.

Problem is most fans already know Mayweather cherry picked guys by waiting until they were showing significently diminished skillet. If GGG would have struggled with Wade both Floyd and Canelo would be jumping all over that fight.

And it's those who pay for these fights that make this happen.

floyd to canelo "don't fight ggg"

floyd to ward "don't fight kovalev"

floyd to himself "don't fight guys that can beat you. wait wait wait, stall, stall, stall"
The thing that vindicates him despite his bull**** mentallity is that there actually was no one better than him.

Canelo, Ward, and Manny had a couple of guys who could beat em, so it would have been received differently if they did the same thing, as it is now for Canelo.

Having said that however, Floyd never had as blatant a duck as this ****t that Canelo pulled, and I doubt I'll be alive to see another blatant duck like this. Maybe I'll be twenty five years older if so.

Floyd I admit can be a piece of **** at times, this article being an example of that, but he wasn't wrong about GGG.

How would you feel if you moved up and fought bigger and dangerous guys throughout five divisions and people came to you tryna hype a guy that won't even move up once to fight an inactive, rusty, albeit good fighter?

I mean, I would feel deeply insulted too.

Not a fan of Floyd but he is right and consistent on this one. He's saying if Pacaquiao was willing to fight on my terms the fight would of happened years earlier. Whether you agree or not with his demands he was the A side. Now GGG shot themselves in the foot by taking a hard stance on the 160 weight. If they had agreed to a catchweight at Canelo's weight this fight happens now. Instead now they have to sit back and weight until Canelo moves to 160. There is no reason why the bigger star should jump up to 160 for the first time in his career and fight a 160lb for the first time in his career because these idiot's in GGG camp says so? Not when Canelo is the draw and GGG has refused to move up or down from 160 to make a big fight EVER in his career.

GGG will only fight on his terms like he's a big shot, killing potential big fights above and below 160 while he does the okie doke with his fans. Calls out big names says I'll fight guys at 154 or 160. Unless those names are Ward, you I will only fight you at catchweight 164 because I'm the A side, and Canelo no not at 155 because I don't believe catchweights are right for boxing. And let's just forget about what I said to Ward. LMAO
