I had it 6-6 watching live but 7-5 either way would have been fine by me. Those guys gave it all they had, it was a great fight and I'm sure we will see it again at some point.

Absolutely, it's got to be measured per round. Otherwise, the susceptibility to go with the eye candy takes over, as I mentioned. I was generous to Thurman and found it a draw. The point I was bringing up is that this is a classic case, like Marquez vs Pac, where it comes down to the type of action that catches each person's eye. I felt that if it was close, the judges would be inclined to favor the guy who was expected to win.

Definitely one of those fights which is why I think they need to do again soon. Either way anyone has it, what's clear is no one won convincingly.

The only exception I'd be cool with is Thurman vs Garcia, but PBC seems to drag their feet when it comes to making the bigger fights so I doubt it happens next.

Had it 5-5 at end of the 10th but Thurman took those last rounds and nipped the fight IMO.

I had it 6-6, but my stream was pretty *****.

I had Thurman down heading into the final rounds, but scored him 2 of the last 3.

7-5 Thurman.....the rounds were not easy to score but Porter landed some good body shots and inside hooks and uppercuts...he didnt get enough credit during commentating.

Thurman could have and should have established a jab, instead of waiting on the counter and being smothered like Broner was before him. Difference is Thurman is a natural welterweight and can hang on the inside and control the outside and mid range,

Thurman landed the cleaner punches, Porter was busier...this type of fight is a judges nightmare.

                      I'm in the UK.

I wasn't at home to watch it on Sky Sports either, so had to find a stream.
