He had to unify doe. That's why he's going to the UK to fight Eubanks. He's so serious about unifying he's even going after the British belt.

When GGG decides to go to 168 is my guess lol...

Canelo will be at 168 before GGG. People think he's fighting Smith or Pacquiao next. Nope. He's fighting Zurdo next at 162

The same weight class Trout was fighting in his last 3 fights over 2 years BEFORE his title fight with Charlo. Is Trout a middleweight? Or was he just fighting a few pounds over his natural fight weight because he could because he didn't hold a belt or need to kiss a ss to a belt organization for a title fight. He knew when he was ready he would get a shot because he's with Haymon against one of the title holders. And when it was for a 154 title Trout made weight despite fighting 2 years at heavier catchweights then Canelo has. Canelo until his last 2 fights didn't hold a belt. And won a belt at catchweight against a Jr Middleweight Cotto who happened to win a belt himself at a catchweight. Neither are or were real middleweights. If Canelo can still make weight then 154 is his weight class.

Yes, he was a middlweight while fighting above 154. Then he went to super welterweight to fight for a title. When/if Canelo goes to 154 he'll be a super welterweight

I seriously don't understand people argument here. Weight classes are clearly defined. Rules of the weight classes are clearly defined. Did they change the rules recently?

154.1-160 is middleweight. Fighters aren't required to come in at the full middleweight limit to be considered a middleweight.

Since Floyd came in at 151 against Oscar and Cotto does that mean he wasn't a super welterweight champ?

still a CW, not a weight class... lara has fought 10 times above 154 and i dont think anyone or any organization ranks him as a MW...
when you have 2 jmws fighting at 155 then is a CW 1lb above the limit, if you have two MWs fightin at 158 then is a CW under the limit... altough is more common for the CWs to take place above the limit than under the limit, only on rare ocasions like floyd-canelo ...

All i read was a bunch of excuses. 155 to 160 is middleweight and if h wasnt a middleweight why did he pay the fees for the belt? Ive seen you around, youre an african american lover who has to stand by cannelo because floyd beat him an therefore you think canelos victories are floyd victories. Pathetic.
