    It's quickly approaching the two-year layoff mark for former two division world champion Marcos Maidana (35-5, 31KOs) of Argentina. Maidana has been away from the ring since a twelve round decision loss to Floyd Mayweather Jr. in their Showtime Pay-Per-View rematch in September of 2014.

        chino has had big fights and made very good money. enjoy your family by officially retiring, but if he does return then it should be only for the biggest money fights.

          I think at this point he is NEVER returning. He's been off for way too long

            He didn't really make as much money as say, Bradley, Rios, Marquez fghting Pacman. But Marcos doesn't live in Vegas or some expensive country. Thurman and others probably made more money fighting cab drivers. A few millions definitely make fighters fight less, or retire early.

                Man i miss this guy, wish he would come back but he dont need to. He can relax and do what he wants, he has earnt it. I doubt you would find a hater for this warrior. He needs some RESPECK on his name.

                  the dollar went through the roof in argentina. 15 pesos a buck. if he is smart he shouldn't have issues at all
