He's not a natural 154er when he can't make 154. Hence why he tries to get away with adding 1 pound.

Canelo can make 154, but why trade with Andrade or Jroc, when the middleweight title was in a blown up Jr welter's hands. No disrespect, but Cotto is an old fighter, so that was a sophisticated duck ( Canelo never did contract at 160).
Smith in London, I don't think it would do as well in the US, not now, but Canelo could sell out stadiums in the UK. Khan made Canelo so famous, he could live there, go on the Euro tour, forget those other guys

Man Canelo just got to 154. Let him test the water. He will drain himself from the 155 division to 154. He needs at least 2-3 tune ups before he calls out a top 154 pounder

Canelo started fighting at 154 in 2011. He has fought some of the best boxers in that division. He's fought Floyd. How much water testing does he need to do?

Canelo needs to pick an established division and fight in it. He's been dangling between division for many years now.

Did you just see both Charlo Bros. fights recently??? One was getting out boxed like he forgot how to fight! The other one looked like neither him or Trout wanted to win!
