The way Ali treated Frazier was a disgrace. The only real blot on his copybook, but a disgrace nonetheless. I suppose no man is perfect.

They reconciled shortly before Joe's death, hugged and cried together. They ended life as friends.

Ali was probably wrong on what he said to Fraizer, but you have to admit he was the Engineer in how fighters use trash talk today to sell a fight which led to fighters making big pay days

Frazier was the real oppressed black man who along with MLK, Malcolm X and other boxers like Sugar Ray Robinson were the real civil rights heroes of their day. Muhammad was a spoiled arrogant bigot who literally did murder for the establishment and worshiped establishment mass murderer dictators. Ali was the OPPOSITE of a real man like Frazier. At least Muhammad came to terms with his mistakes somewhat. see Sucker Punch: The Hard Left Hook that Dazed Ali and Killed Kings Dream by Jack Cashill.

That first fight was incredible. Frazier bobbing, weaving, slipping, parrying doing everything he could to get in range and deliver punishment. Highly skilled warfare at its best.

The second one was lackluster as Ali got away with too much clinching.

And the 3rd one requires no comment.

Boxing is lacking great rivalries such as this. The last one was Pac vs Marquez. Too much marinating.

No they didn't. Stop spreading lies. Clay harbored hated for Frazier to the grave because Joe scrambled his brains and was the biggest contributor to Clay's Parkinson's. Frazier punched Clay like he wanted to kill him.

                I agree.

Muhammad Ali is The Greatest Coward and Hypejob of All Time

Just a fact. Just watch his fight in the studio with Joe Frazier. Frazier stands in front of him and Ali tells him to sit down because his nation of islam members are in the studio. When Frazier then is distracted by one of the brothers, Ali stands up and attacks him. Like the coward he was. His own people admit they fought Frazier a 3rd time out of cowardice, Joe was shot by that time, won only 5 of the last 10 fights of his career.

He won cause of hype, he won cause of cheating, he won because he threatened and accused judges. He painted every judge who chose against him in the first Frazier as a racist. Bill Recht once said that his wife was punched and he was attacked as a racist after picking Frazier. What judge would pick against Ali knowing he would pretty much tell Nation of Islam members and blacks to attack them?

He was consistently allowed to hold behind peoples heads, rabbit punch, and push. People say the Klitschko's clinch? Yeah...ok...Ali clinches at least twice as much.

Everyone knew the refs were crooked and allowed Ali to do this trash. The guy was a bum. Lost to Frazier 1, shoulda been dqed in Frazier 2, beat a wached up bum in Frazier 3. Lost all 3 Norton fights. Lost to Shavers and Young. Ali shows how Bum+Hype+Nations of Islam could make idiots think someone was the "greatest."

The 4 year "prime" layoff was a joke. First of all another example of cowardice. Second no one knows what would have happened during that time, that tiem off allowed the brain damage that Cooper laid on him to not be exposed as soon, also made him gain weight which helped his glass chin out.

                The guy was a joke.

Ok. I choose to believe Marvin Frazier over some kid on the internet.

                  But each to their own.

He was probably wrong? I'm not here to speak ill of the dead and Ali is a boxing legend but when it comes to the Frazier situation Ali was dead wrong. What Joe Frazier and his family had to go through because of Ali went way beyond boxing, it was disgusting, not just a little bit of trash talk.
