Let's go slow for you, because you are a mental midget. Answer this:
Can you sign a contract that has not yet been agreed upon by the other party? Is that possible?
Simple question. Let's see if you can handle it without hurting yourself.
of course floyd had to signed it! its what he was proposing to top rank! i said this already. i said it wouldnt mean anything if golden boy sent top rank a contract with no signature on it! but that doesnt mean it was agreed on. floyd only signed what he was requesting.
you quoted me saying floyd signed the contract implying that he wanted to fight manny at that time and it was manny that was ducking.
i responded by saying how do you sign a contract that wasnt agree on. meaning floyd only signed agreeing to what he was proposing to top rank. this was the whole debate!

How do you equate that to him ducking Pacquaio?
Found your balls, yet?

you said floyd signed the contract implying he wanted to fight manny.
i said how do you sign the contract if it wasnt agree on, im not saying floyd didnt sign it literally! im implying that he signed off what he wanted only. so the contract means nothing!
you brought up floyd signing the contract meaning he wanted to fight manny. im saying just because he signed it, it doesnt mean anything because it wasnt agreed on.
"how do you sign a contract that wasnt agree on" im not saying floyd cant sign it! im trying to hint to you that floyd signed only what he was proposing so that means nothing since you used it as a way to show that floyd wanted to fight manny! do i really need to explain this?
and then bolded part! and i never use the word duck.

Forgive TravestyNY, he has comprehension disorder. He thinks because Floyd signed that contract that he himself made, dictatorship rules, Pac should sign it to, even if PAc doesn't agree to that meaningless contract since it only favors the dude that signed it lmao
TravestyNY, won't get it even if you try to explain it like a kindergarten teacher. He still won't get where your coming from.
One thing for certain bud. You my friend toasted him a few pages back. What is even more cringe worthy is that he doesn't realize he lost hahaha

Fast forward 7 years and the WADA code has become the standard in combat sports - even has gone so far that WBC made VADA testing mandatory.
So in retrospect - how can anyone in their right mind still place blame on Floyd for failed negotiations in 2009. Shouldn't we praise Floyd for introducing more stringent testing?
Either way : Pacquiao ducked the test. Period.
The only debate at this point should be WHY did he duck? Who gives a **** who signed what? Why did pacroid not take the test?
At that point in time, Floyd did something that was banned according to WADA.
Floyd required an organization to bail Floyd out 3 weeks after the fact. That organization is the same organization in which Floyd's reps paid them plenty of times big bucks and will continue to do so and got USADA into the boxing scene.
After all that money who expected USADA to then refuse giving Floyd the retro TUE?
