However, in a contract obtained by Yahoo! Sports, paragraph 11 under the section entitled Net Profits reads: "Net Profits shall be allocated 50/50 between GBP and TR." The contract goes on to say that net profits would include a split of "all gross revenues."

In sub-paragraph 11 (a), entitled HBO PPV Fight Night Advance, it reads, "Not withstanding the foregoing, the HBO PPV fight night advance shall be paid 50% directly to GBP and 50% directly to TR."

2. Arum said he received the contract. Now we know that he lies A LOT, but how does this lie help him? It's well known that they ultimately ducked the drug tests.
3. Yahoo said they received a copy of the contract.
4. Schaeffer said he doesn't remember sending the contract, but that if he had, it doesn't mean that he would offer 50/50 again.

Doesn't this show why he denied it? He doesn't want there to be a precedence where anyone can say, "Well you offered 50/50 before, why not offer it again?" It became a moot point when Pacquaio got knocked into outer space.
