Yes I believe that. Which why there is no plans to put him back on PPV anytime soon.
I didnt really see much else to address besides profanity laden conjecture. But if you want, I'll touch on it. The biggest difference between Golovkin and Canelo is that while wanting a "money" fight with Floyd, Golovkin still fought his mandatory. Canelo, on the other hand, fought a "money" fight then abdicated his responsibility as champion against a challenger he has repeatedly called out. Thats the difference.

Now, back to Lemieux. You claim those 150k ppv buys were for David rather than Gennady. You speculate that GGG wont be on ppv anytime soon. I specualte that Canelo-GGG would have been on ppv. Further, to use your 'litmus test' on Lemieux, why was he relegated to the undercard of an event if he was the main draw? And while I cant speculate on the ppv audience, I can tell you with absolute certainty that almost everyone at the Garden that night was a GGG fan

97k not 150k...stoping spreading that lie. So my assertions are conjecture but your's are facts....typical.

Umm because the last card he was supposed to headline was cancelled because he failed to make weight. Lemiuex's buzz after beating Rosado is bigger than GGG's has ever been. Yes Canelo- GGG would be PPV..Because of Canelo.

Canelo has consistently maintained that he is not a MW and would not fight at MW. I'm not defending his actions though. I just showing that GGG's are exactly the same...Wouldn't he have ignored his Mando for the Floyd fight or a Manny fight or a Canelo fight??? As in GGG would choose the easier option that pays most...just like Canelo

You also completely ignored the whole GGG paradox of BJS, Jacobs and Canelo won't fight me but I still can't fight Lara because they are the priority.

Has Lara talked to Haymon yet? Haymon would have started the ball rolling if he did. Wade and Khan just fought recently on HBO because of Haymon.

This is what he did for the Canelo fight... Why people suggest it is a front is beyond me

GGG losing to Lara when he hasn't done ***** @MW looks horrible, which is why the match-up hasn't happened yet. The "excuse" seems pretty straightforward, but yet here we are, it's another month and people are still wondering why it hasn't happened yet. Lara will wait until he's plucked from the cherry tree rather than actually FORCING the issue. Where we differ is that you believe the onus is on GGG to give Lara the shot because MWs are avoiding him, while I feel like Lara should actually work himself into position by facing Jacobs. That's essentially why this conversation comes up after every Lara or GGG fight. And while Lara is yelling from LMW, we got Jacobs fighting ****in Sergio Mora
Doesn't really matter who the 'he' is, this is a biz, and at some point soon GGG will run outta options for defenses. As for 'working up', Canelo broke 500K PPVs with Khan, 2 weight classes lower, and Khan never took a LMW tuneup. I still say GGG/Lara needs to happen. Otherwise, the noise will keep getting louder for it to happen. As for Jacobs/Mora, that would be a great fight. Or are you afraid your hero Satellite Dish Ears gets dropped again? I'm not a big Mora fan, but the guy did take it to Jacobs, and if not for falling awkwardly and getting injured, he would've given Jacobs trouble throughout the fight, no matter how long it lasted. Starting to sound like you're just making excuses to protect your heroes.

Thefollowing sources have cited 150k as the number of views for Golovkin-Lemieux: Ring, ESPN, ************, Bloody Elbow, USA Today, inquisitr, LatinPost, Fight Hype, and more. It seems those who claim97k with no more support for that than "some guy at Top Rank" are the ones "spreading that lie"

About facts vs conjecture, its pretty easy to assume that when almost the entire crowd is wearing GGG apparel, Golovkin gets a standing ovation, Lemieux gets booed, that most of the fans there are pro-GGG.

Lemieux did miss weight for his fight. Was that headliner scheduled to be on ppv? I didn't think it was supposed to be.

If none of those MWs and so called MW champs are unavailable for September, then I personally would have no problem watching Golovkin KO Lara and end that speculation.

Lara would have to dance and pot shot his way to victory against Golovkin. He would have nothing to keep the Kazakh away from him and would have to work to avoid being cornered and beaten by the undefeated MW champ. I dont think Lara would be able to avoid Golovkin for the duration of 12 rounds and see that fight ending up like Canelo-Khan, with Lara ahead on points when he gets KOed.

Those sites literally report what K2 told them. Just like how Golden Boy said 600k and they report it.
