??? He only lost once? Where do you get two from?

As irritating as it becomes I think they need to keep making noise. Being quiet and respectful doesn't work. They'll annoy people along the way but if that's what it takes to keep the pressure on they're right to do it. Golden Boy just want the problem to go away and it's the job of Golovkin's team to make sure that doesn't happen.

The trial opened on Monday! Alvarez is in a Miami courtroom this week with his promoter, Oscar De La Hoya, who’s arguing that he didn’t steal Alvarez from a smaller promoter years ago.

Felix “Tuto” Zabala Jr. and his company, All-Star Boxing, seek punitive damages, contending that All-Star Boxing signed a four-year deal with Alvarez in 2008 and that De La Hoya's Golden Boy Promotions swiped Alvarez the next year.

ASB contend that they signed Canelo to a four-year exclusive promotional agreement around September 2008, and are seeking millions of dollars in compensatory and punitive damages.

I wonder how much the current trail has to do with the negotiations? If Golden Boys loses the case or a monetary settlement is made to ABS a block buster PPV event could be included in the damages? Any Lawyers on this site?
You kidding, pretty much all the Floyd fans here are lawyers and accountants and part time promoters and managers as well...just look for the red bars under their name and they can give you the answers you seek

Din't Tom say that the Canelo fight is not dead we are trying to make a deal etc and now Abel says this!
Team GGG needs to stick to one version of the statement..

Canelo said he will fight GGG at 160 but did not say very next fight. It was Oscar who was saying hopefully GGG fight is next..

I really believe they have no intentions to make this fight in Sep cause they can make more $$$ in May'17

He said 160 too after the khan fight.. Should we say an average between the 2 weights sounds fair
