Comments Thread For: Golovkin's Coach: Canelo Had No Intention To Do The Fight!

Abel Sanchez, trainer of WBC/WBA/IBO/IBF middleweight champion Gennady 'GGG' Golovkin (35-0, 32KOs) believes Saul 'Canelo Alvarez (47-1-1, 33KOs) had no intention of facing his boxer, at least not in 2016.

The fight would have been hastily made if GGG was a 140lbs fighter like Josesito Lopez. Canelo knows he's shiat and gets caught with shots so if you are his size and are decent he won't fight you. Once you start stuttering or show wear and tear he won't mind

Woah woah woah, you mean Canelo giving up the belt wasn't just him using "leverage" and "tactics"? lol
Morons said the fight will be easier to make after Canelo vacated

From the looks of things it seems like Canelo is ducking. That's a damn shame I was looking forward to this fight. But with that said please don't fight another bum from Menards. No more bums. You got fat off of bums, Canelo doesn't want it, then fight Lara.

Call his bluff if you think he is lying. Lara been calling you out, said he would move up to 160 all that, have Loeffler make that fight happen. He is better than any other fighter you can face, and has a name, especially after fighting Canelo on PPV. But yeah fight Lara and finally fight an elite fighter.

This sounds ridiculous and over the top but it's a really accurate description of canelo. He's made a career out of feasting on smaller or shot fighters. The two times he stepped up he looked completely lost.

Sanchez is right! Ginger doesnt want the fight. What suks is he ****ed everyone around by agreeing to the terms of the WBC and then vacating once he used the belt for a pathetic match up with Kahn. Ginger is a total ***** and coward.

The greatest mexican boxer at ducking and vacating titles. No wonder less people watch boxing. The fights they want to see dont happen.

Wasn't ODLH supposed to be negotiating the triple G fight the very next morning, right? Right? Oscar...? Canelo...? it's all gone quiet over there.
