    3) Floyd would never have a chance against Hagler. He's never taken on anyone even close to the weight never mind that quality at the size.

Floyd was awesome at 130lbs. Floyd at 147lbs is the best during a period with no great welters. SRL at welter would destroy him the only question whether Floyd could hold on and avoid being ko'd.
    SRL is just bigger.

You could try to claim that Floyd is the better fighter P4P but you could never reasonably expect Floyd to actually beat a prime SRL at 147lbs.
It's all opinion. I'm still picking Mayweather to win.

On a night with no injuries and no distractions, no one has come remotely close to beating Floyd Mayweather in his prime. The most intriguing part of the matchup to me would be the selection of the ref. If we got an 80s ref for the fight, I could definitely see Leonard winning.

Again though, I would not be disappointed if either fighter lost.

      Sure haha

You wish that to be true, but it ain't. Remove your horse blinders and you'll realize your fanboyism is stopping you from seeing the truth. Castillo, Maidana both B level fighters has a convincing argument for winning those fights. SRL is light years better than those cats.

Castillo and Maidana are one dimensional

      SRL : is multidimensional

      Leagues apart brotha'

It's a shame that most of you don't even know the prime of SRL . Floyd's era is by far softer than SRL's time. No fault of his own but that is a fact. Floyd would have been in tough against any of those three horseman. SRL happens to be the best of the three and while I think Hearns might be the most dangerous for Floyd, SRL was the most cerebral. You will have to make him respect you and sorry to say, Floyd has absolutely nothing to keep Ray off him. SRL is bigger, equally as fast, can punch, defensive in his own right but the fight won't be about defense cos we all know Floyd is the master in that area. Ray will impose his will and Floyd will have to fight back and that my friends will be his downfall.

Ray will catch some shots without question but I don't see that ruffling him considering he took flush vicious right hands from Hearns and kept coming. You can believe SRL will get to him and hurt it at some point and believe you and me, there is no better finisher in the last 30 years than one SRL. That to me will be the difference. Very competitive fight without question with Floyd having a lot of great moments but Ray just has too much dog in him for Floyd in my opinion. Late round knockout for SRL if you twist my arm especially in a 15 rd fight.

Douglas actually beat Tyson, so I guess Tyson isn't that great. Let's all just use your ridiculous logic for every time a great fighter ever had a bad night against a guy that he shouldn't have, and say that none of them were great :/

            Lol really?

Past prime Tyson who didn't really give a fuvk in returning in the ring. He just needed to coz he was broke Tyson?

That guy was 10 steps slower than the real prime Tyson. Prime Tyson will mop Douglas from pillar to post if he was in A1 prime shape lol

The Tyson who fought Douglas was the carefree Tyson who didn't take boxing seriously. The prime all business Tyson. The ruthless vicious kind who swept the competition like an animal Tyson. Will fuvk up Douglas like a twig. Everyone knows that lol

Sugar Ray has too much boxing IQ and offensive ability. Floyd has the defensive advantage. But it wouldn't be enough and in the deep waters of 12-14th, Floyd would've been stopped on a TKO.

Past prime Tyson? At 23? TWENTY-THREE? Losing to a 42-1 underdog?

I have nothing else to say to you. Troll someone else because I've fed you enough. And Tyson wasn't broke when he fought Douglas.

Yep, tell that to doom specialist . He still doesn't get it, since he thinks he's not a fanboy and he knows boxing very well, but obviously he doesn't lol
