So you think Povetkin tested negative 3 times then decided to take a trace amount meldonium in the time between those 3 tests and the 4th test????

Wilder gets a pass for now but if he fights another bum for this voluntary hes back to being a joke.
Microdosing is a thing PED users do just so you know.

Anyone hating on Wilder for this is plain wrong. And really what is the WBC supposed to do? HW isnt the most prestigious/glamorous division it once was so the only option is to give him another $ fight. Besides training camps are a b1tch, it sucks Wilder had to go through a tough one only for Povetkin to mess it up. Anyways, I wouldn't be surprised if Chris Arreola's name gets thrown out there. I know he doesnt deserve the fight and will get stopped but the marketability is there.

        Any of the WBC ranked top 10 HWs except 1, 2, 4 & 10:

        1 .- Alexander Povetkin (Russia)
        2 .- Bermane Stiverne (Haiti/Canada)
3 .- Kubrat Pulev (Bulgaria) EBU
4 .- Johann Duhaupas (France) SILVER
        5 .- Carlos Takam (Cameroon)
6 .- Joseph Parker (New Zealand) OPBF
7 .- Andy Ruiz (Mexico) NABF
        8 .- David Haye (GB)
        9 .- Bryant Jennings (US)
        10 .- Malik Scott (US)

This is all Wilder's fault! He planted the PEDs in Povetkin's body, then flew all the way to England to train as a smoke screen, because he's so scared of Povetkin!

Povetkin should have said he is scared of needles, when they came to the door.

He cannot fight Ortiz as he isnt ranked within top 15. Hopefully he picks a top 10 opponent who puts up a fight... Pulev/Jennings are good option imo..

IF he goes for easy fights then all the fans he gained for the Povetkin goof-up he'll lose them too..

Who's ranked & a threat? Pulev, Haye, Washington, Jennings & Ruiz are probably the most "imposing" guys ranked who he hasn't beaten besides Povetkin on PEDs who's status still seems up in the air (I'd like to think he'd be suspended at some point). And probably the guy most people see as the most threatening on that list, Haye, is on his own bum tour with Briggs lined up next.
