How does Povetkin failing a drug test stop Wilder fighting a threat for his voluntary?

My blind guess is Gerald Washington.

Not a bad match up, I mean who else is there who would be acceptable and not considered too dangerous a fight whilst they wait on the Povetkin outcome. Pulev, Haye and Parker I expect would be too dangerous for Wilder and he'd risk losing out on the Povetkin payday, or a unification versus Joshua or Klitschko.

I'd personally prefer to see him fight Pulev but I don't see that fight happening.
