if dempsey fought wlad, it would be a terrible beatdown, dempsey could throw as many punches as a welterweight. wlad couldn't handle being swarmed like that
...Yeah, I was more ****ing around a bit with the whole Whole Wlad thing, as the smilie was present.

Even in a "poor" Italian family, it can be great.
Lets just say Dempsey wasn't walking around under 200lbs because he wanted to, at least not early on.

Agreed. Dempsey had it as rough as any fighter who ever lived. Riding the rails at the age of 14 and fending off hobos with buttsex on the mind would make a tough guy out of anyone. Dempsey survived that nightmare and ended up becoming one of the greatest heavyweights of all time. Killer instinct, heart, and nerves of steel. Dempsey had all of the psychological advantages to make up for his lack of weight.

1) Gene Tunney, although some would point out that he was not a heavyweight for much of his career
2) Rocky Marciano
3) Jack Dempsey
I think by the end of his career, Wladimir has a chance of establishing himself as one of the best heavyweights ever, but he has to fight often enough and continue winning decisively for several more years. If Vitali had started younger and had remained healthy, he probably would have become an ATG. There are currently some fine young heavyweights in eastern Europe, some may become ATGs, who knows.Last edited by Steelhammer86; 07-03-2007, 01:31 AM.

vitaly klitchko.....no doubt....he is huge, has skills, fights tall and has power ..i doubt marciano could have handled him,....anyways marciano is italian(non anglo)..dude had dark eyes hair and skin...most people at that time in the beginning thought he was cuban,,,,if you can pass as hispanic you shouldn't be placed in the anglo category...
