Toney had tools but he lacks consistency in every area, I could easily see Golovkin out working him.
    Agreed, still an intriging fight.

Toney was able to do some great performances tough.

Those nasty Eastern Europeans making all your American fighters look so bad the butthurt is real.
You are wrong, I have nothing against Eastern European fighter. Wladimir Klitschko is my idol.

I love Golovkin but when thinking about these fantasy fights I always assume both fighters to be in their prime. So I would be taking a version of Toney that was able to KO current p4p king Michael Nunn, Mike McCallum, Charles Williams, Iran Barkley, Jirov and Holyfiled amongst others.

Obviously these are in different weight classes but I'm more referring to the focus that Toney showed in those fights. I think that version of Toney beats Golovkin. I think he is able to absorb Golovkin's power and box a win for himself over 12 grueling rounds.

Toney, Hopkins, Jones, Hagler,SRR could all beat Golovkin in though fights. Sergio gets ktfo.

Thank you!!!! McCallum was so avoided. Would have loved to have seen McCallum and Hagler. I think Leonard and Hearns both avoided him. McCallum beats GGG . GGG beats Hopkins though.

Got a jaw that will hurt ggg? What is he going to bite him or something?

It seems illiteracy and ggg hate are correlated.
