we'll see...the last few years with all these injury-postponements, PED cheaters, and last minute pull outs, its hard to get excited about fights anymore.

I use to requests days off to see fights live and just this year alone i missed work for no reason 2 or 3 times. I took saturday off for Wilder-Povetkin...not happening....Porter-Thurman had me waste pto time, cant remember the other one.

Its hard to be a fan in a transitional period. Changing of the guard. I went through this when JCC, Ricardo Lopez, Terry Norris, whitaker, etc were old. everyone I grew up on was washed up and all I had was Roy Jones who got criticzed every telecast, and DLH.

I hear ya, I had great tickets for Thurman-Porter in Connecticut, I was so pissed when they postponed that fight. Went to GGG-Lemueix at MSG last year and Matthysse-Provo in Verona a couple years back but it's getting tougher to get behind these guys to want to spend the money on travel and stuff...

Imagine if they just gave Wilder all the belts besides the one he won in the ring, people would be going nuts on this site. But its ok because its a fighter yo like and I'm biased.

i Havent traveled to see a fight live in 5 years for that reason. Thanks to PED users getting caught. im a middle class guy. If I was making big bucks I wouldnt give AF and fly to the other side of the world to see another fight that day.

Same here, I can't afford to just blow money on any fight I want. But I had already priced out 2 airline tickets to Dallas and hotel for my wife and I for September 17th... Even though I wouldn't buy great tickets I wanted to just experience 60-70,000 people going crazy at a fight of that magnitude...

I'm still holding out hope, I wanna be at this fight when it happens..hopefully not in Vegas cause that's just way too expensive for a weekend to spend $3000+
