BJS sounds like he'd fight him....if its 75/25 his way. Based on the "6M strong" comment he made awhile back & GGG's $2M per fight scale right now.

Jacobs I think would fight him for a more reasonable amount of money, but with him having taken some time off + looking at nearly 8 months of inactivity by the time of his July 30 fight on the table I don't expect he'd fight GGG next. Maybe later this year I could see it. And my speculation is he would be more reasonable with money, who knows. He's with Haymon & Haymon somehow got Wade a 20/80 cut ($500k) for his fight with GGG when I'd have said he'd have been lucky to get half (or a 12/88 cut) of that.

I think GGG is most likely to fight some random or semi-random guy next with hopes of having something of more importance lined up for his last fight of 2016.

If not, they need to make the Saunders or Jacobs fight happen. Even as a fan( a realistic one) of GGG, I'm getting sick of the Wades and Mornroes of the world fighting him. I wanna see him in against a legit threat. Jacobs may be the toughest fight but he may also blow him out early too..
better to see than assume....GGG has been in with only a hand full of good punchers and None of them had the speed of Jacobs. GGG could get clipped with something he doesnt see. When he does get hit, even though most his opponents arent heavy handed, he gets hit clean AF. At his age, his punch resistance may fail him. 35 pro fights and 300+ amatuer fights is tough on the body

Jacobs has speed and power. Hasnt been in with someone as explosive or athletic. It could be a shoot out and we can see how his chin holds up vs someone riding a high, not some unknown guy.

I respect GGG and Canelo, both are talented but this was a move in the wrong direction. Boxing needs this fight to happen this year. we already lost Povetkin v wilder.

When I saw Jacobs get dropped by Mora I kinda lost interest in the GGG matchup but he brought it back with the win over Quillen. That fight won't happen though, too much politics involved. It's gonna be a **** show if it ever gets to purse bids with the HBO vs Shotime/PBC exclusive contracts etc... Boxing sucks right now...

          **** YOU!
you mad? why are you in your feelings. Its sucks for everyone that this happened.

bro you are a d!ckrider and make some of the most idiotic threads ever and comments. An insult from you is actually a compliment.

look up hating. If hating is wanting to see the actual fight. I'll be that. Its big GGG fans that are just as disappointed as I am and didnt want to see a belt gift wrapped. I want to see how good he really is. Dude is talented as hell but he is getting up there in age. The longer this takes, the better it is for Canelo. GGG is short on time and opponents while Canelo can make money fighting who ever and is 25 years old

Im blaming both fighters, can you read or is his penis too far up your anus man, you are no boxing fan. You want to see people get handed belts instead of earn them.

I bet you are looking forward to his next fight, vs another no name, who even hard core fans will have to goggle. All so you can get a ko fix. Quality> Quantity.

find the post where I said he was a big middleweight, I know you guys get a kick out of looking for people's old post. If you cant find it STFU

Either way, he'd fight floyd little ass, but wouldnt fight canelo below 160....they could have negotiated the weight

I just want to see fight. I dont care who wins, for what belt, etc.

I want the best to fight the best.

Bro his team said anyone from 154-175....we have seen over the past year that its not the case....they do risk vs reward. Froch and Chavez are ok at 68, not ward. who cares. the fight will never happen.

GGG-Canelo is the fight boxing needs, not all this bull crap stripping, mandatories, deadlines, etc.

            sheesh it sucks.
Sure. Here you are saying that instead of fighting Floyd at 154, Golovkin needs to fight Ward and 168 (or now 175) because he's closer to his size.

LMAO @ the 154-175 part. Soon it will be 130-200.

You should stay out of discussions about Golovkin. You're obviously extremely biased against him and can't even use the correct facts.

this is becoming true as time passes. I feel another hiatus coming on. I hardly have time to watch fights live and when I do, they are friggin mismatches. this sucks

At least for now we have Thurman-Poter, LSC-Frampton, and Ward-Kovalev to look forward to..

we'll see...the last few years with all these injury-postponements, PED cheaters, and last minute pull outs, its hard to get excited about fights anymore.

I use to requests days off to see fights live and just this year alone i missed work for no reason 2 or 3 times. I took saturday off for Wilder-Povetkin...not happening....Porter-Thurman had me waste pto time, cant remember the other one.

Its hard to be a fan in a transitional period. Changing of the guard. I went through this when JCC, Ricardo Lopez, Terry Norris, whitaker, etc were old. everyone I grew up on was washed up and all I had was Roy Jones who got criticzed every telecast, and DLH.

Damage control? You're lying your ass off to make a fighter look bad. You're making up bull****, you're creating double standards for fighters.

You just LIED 3 times and are trying to brush it off. Get your bull**** out of here. You're a waste of space in any Golovkin thread. Good bye.
