4) The doctor is not just any doctor. He is a renowned so called super doctor that has no shortage of work any time soon. He is associated with multiple professional teams.

THINK: This doctor is a surgeon who performed an operation on Manny. Before this injury, its possible that Manny never met the doctor before or only a few times due to other real injuries!!!
