Golovkin vs. Jacobs will do very well. It's a doable fight. If we got by your PPV numbers of 600K PPV Buys, that's WITH a big name in Khan. Whoever Canelo fights next, unless it's Pacquiao or Mayweather, is going to do significantly less than Khan.

A fight with Lemieux will be lucky to get to 400K. Especially with the backlash he's getting right now.

Khan is not a big name. Just stop. I don't think he's ever headlined a PPV fight before Canelo. And GGG vs Jacobs if it can even get made have you seen what Haymon fighters demand for fights? WBC was trying to force the issue by saying he had to agree to fight in X days. Canelo's like, "bounce that noise...we fight when I SAY we fight."

So he drops the title.

Now, GGG's got two choices. Take the belt and run (which WOULD BE a duck), or accept Caneloweight and whatever other non-Vaseline terms Alvarez can come up with.

It's a brilliant move. Now we get to see if GGG really does want the fight.

GGG tried to use the belt to dictate terms at the negotations table when Canelo is the bigger star. And told the WBC to go screw off. And now GGG has no leg to stand on. If you want the fight do what hundreds of great fighters have done and that's bend the knee to the bigger star to get a big fight made. That is if you really want the fight. GGG needs Canelo not the other way around. Anyone who thinks otherwise is just a plain idiot.
