there is no way in hell he will lose, but lets say if his arms fall off in the first ten seconds of the fight and he does lose.which even then i think he would pull off the win..he would be done as a top fighter foreverOriginally posted by ejk22What if Peter loses tonight? What will you people think about that?Comment

I like the idea of Sam Peter fighting on FNF again, since he was not too long ago fighting on Showtime and HBO. Having said that, I would've liked Team Peter to find someone who has a better record than Julius Long to showcase his talent. By the way Long has a dismal 14-7 record!
Another point on the subject is, Peter's promoters will push to get him a title shot after this fight.

even better, how long would it take Peter to ko this guy if his arms fell off before the fight ? 7-8 roundsOriginally posted by BostonGuyI like the idea of Sam Peter fighting on FNF again, since he was not too long ago fighting on Showtime and HBO. Peter is not a clubfighter. He's easy to hit, yes, but his victories over Jeremy Williams, Charles Shufford, and Yanqui Diaz speak for themselves. A clubfighter would not hold wins over these decent top thirty heavyweights.
Not everyone in boxing is successful through the same methods. Peter does not attempt to win rounds, he presses the action and works to win via knockout at all times. Yes, he's easy as hell to hit, he's a plodding ogre with mediocre footwork. He does not look good in there. I will say this: if Peter continues to fight as he has been, his career will be a short one.
Regardless, the fact remains that his durability and brutal power make him a danger to any heavyweight in the sport at the moment. Within his own era, Peter is a legitimate contender.Comment

I tthink these of u who say that Peter is a clubfighter are simply hating on the kid.The kid has an ability to beat any HW today. His ability to press and go forward for 12 rounds with his remarkable power and excellent chin grants him many succeses in the boxing today. IMO he beats Lyachovich and Valuev and can def beat Toney.Comment
